E-learning
The library provides access to several packages for use within the library premises. These are a compilation of CDs, modules and websites:
APOLLO is aimed at primary care physicians. PGEA credits
It is a series of 5 distance learning modules, with each CD containing practical information, interactive activities and assessments.
There are online discussion groups. Please ask library staff for the password to access these and to obtain PGEA credits.
Fetal monitoring training system (K2)

Medical Masterclass
To support MRCP (UK) exams parts 1 and 2 and to help doctors in the first years of training to improve their medical skills and knowledge.

MWIC
This bibliographic database is specifically targeted at midwives and health professionals involved in maternity and neonatal care. Passwords may be obtained by contacting the library.

The Orthoteers Orthopaedic Educational Resource was established by post-graduate Orthopaedic Trainees as a shared learning resource. It has now become the most popular and largest Orthopaedic educational website. It is also of great assistance to physiotherapists. For a password to the website contact the library staff.
