Rules of the Game

All meetings are booked through Yvonne Jenkins at the Postgraduate Centre, Milton Keynes Hospital
Meetings are booked one term at a time (January to April; May to June; September to November)
A meeting when booked is deemed confirmed when the representative has signed the booking slip. A copy will be given to the representative and a copy will be retained by Yvonne. If provisional, the details of the representative are kept on file. Meetings will be held for one month only. If the meeting is not confirmed, it is offered to other representatives
If a representative does not cancel or does not attend a meeting, a charge will still be incurred by invoice
An invoice and attendance list will be given to the representative on the day of the meeting or sent by post if appropriate
If representatives wish to share a stand for a GP meeting or Nurse study day, there will be an increased cost. Please inform Yvonne Jenkins on the day of the meeting so that the appropriate invoices may be raised
Payment of an invoice, unless settled on the day, should be within 30 days
Please be advised that it is preferable that Managers do not attend the meetings
