The Milton Keynes VTS has four 3-year scheme posts available in August of each year. It also has a small number of 1 year stand alone registrar posts, which vary in number from year to year. Most of these are only available in August, although exceptionally some may be available in February.

In line with the rest of the UK all posts are advertised through the local deanery, which for us is Oxford. They are advertised in the BMJ twice a year, with information and application forms available from www.gprecruitment.org.uk .
All appointments are made by the Deanery.
The Milton Keynes Vocational training scheme is also involved in the Foundation SHO programme at Milton Keynes Hospital. All appointments to these posts are made by the Hospital at present.
